INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. As we use DHL and FEDEX as carriers, we can ship to all locations they cover.

SHIPPING COSTS 
EU countries (DHL or FedEx Express): $10 
US and Canada (DHL or FedEx Express): $10
All other countries (DHL or FedEx Express): $30
>Orders over $400: Free express shipping;

ORDER PROCESSING TIME 
Please allow 24-48 hours (working days only) for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
If your order contains on-demand items, please allow 2-3 weeks for your purchase to be processed, manufactured, and fulfilled.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are fully traceable. Once it has been processed and shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that shipping labels may take a moment to update.

EU Countries (FedEx): approx. 2-4 business days
US (FedEx):

Rest of the world:

MADE-TO-ORDER
An made-to-order item is unavailable in stock and will be made specifically for you after the order payment confirmation. Your piece will be manufactured in our studio in Rio de Janeiro by our skilled makers.
If your order contains on-demand items, allow 2-3 weeks to manufacture the piece.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We operate a 14-day exchange/returns policy, which means you must request the return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a exchange/return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached, and they must also be in the original packaging.

Items can be exchangeable for store credit or refunded.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards; and,
- Made-to-order products, as the piece will be manufactured specifically for you. We offer free consultations if you need help choosing your size.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGE/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Email us at support@beira.shop to request a exchange/return, and our team will answer within 24-48 hours (working days only). Please, only proceed with your exchange/return once you have received a confirmation email from our team. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE/RETURN SHIPPING

- We carry out the first exchange/return without shipping costs. From the second exchange/return onwards, the costs are borne by the customer.

REFUND
After our quality analysis, you'll be refunded within 10 business days. Kindly note that duties/taxes paid and shipping costs are non-refundable. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@beira.shop.
