SHIPPING FAQs

Yes, we do. We use DHL and FEDEX as carriers and can ship to all locations they cover.

Europe (DHL or FedEx): $90 (or the equivalent amount in local currency)
US and Canada (DHL or FedEx): $60
All other countries (DHL or FedEx): $120 (or the equivalent amount in local currency)

Customers are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.

Please allow 24-48 hours (working days only) for your order to be processed and fulfilled. If your order contains on-demand items, please allow 3-4 weeks for your purchase to be processed, manufactured, and shipped.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that shipping labels may take a moment to update.

Once the package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can expect delivery within the estimated time frame indicated by your tracking information. If you experience any delays or have questions, please get in touch with us at sales@beira.com.br.

MANUFACTURE FAQs

A made-to-order item is a piece not available in stock and made specifically for you after the order payment confirmation. Your piece will be manufactured in our studio in Rio de Janeiro by our skilled makers.

Please, allow 3-4 weeks for the piece to be manufactured. A confirmation mail will be sent when the order is ready to ship.

Depending on the item, we can offer our Made-to-order service. Please email sales@beira.com.br to enquire about the item you are interested in.

RETURNS

The piece is manufactured specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.

All our pieces is manufactured specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. We offer free consultations if you need help choosing your size.

Another non-returnable items are:
- Sale items; and,
- Gift cards.

Exceptionally, we accept returns and offer exchanges of shoes and belts. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning and exchanging your item, including duties and taxes.
We operate a 14-day exchange/returns policy for this items, which means you must request the return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange/return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached, and they must also be in the original packaging.

After our quality analysis, you'll be refunded within 10 business days. Kindly note that duties/taxes paid and shipping costs are non-refundable. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us atsales@beira.com.br.

All product pages feature their specific item/clothing measurement chart. If you need further info, contact sales@beira.com.br and share your measurements and the item you are interested in.

To try on a dress, you will have to visit us in our Rio de Janeiro studio. Unfortunately, we cannot ship the samples overseas for fittings.
