We ship on a DDP basis, meaning customs taxes are included, and your order will not be subject to additional charges.

A made-to-order item is a piece not available in stock and made specifically for you after the order payment confirmation. Your piece will be manufactured in our studio in Rio de Janeiro by our skilled makers.
Please, allow 2-3 weeks for the piece to be manufactured. A confirmation mail will be sent when the order is ready to ship.

The piece is manufactured specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
We operate a 14-day returns policy, meaning you must request the return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items are exchangeable for store credit only.
